Introduction

The BSc (Hons) Construction Management is designed for individuals looking to make an impact and build a professional career in construction, as well as those with a strong focus on management and leadership.

This course equips you with the technical expertise, managerial skills, and up-to-date knowledge of legislation and regulations needed to excel. You'll gain hands-on experience with modern equipment in a well-resourced environment, preparing you to lead multi-disciplinary project teams and confidently manage complex construction projects.

Our extensive curriculum, created in partnership with our long-term collaborator London South Bank University (LSBU), provides a hands-on, design-oriented learning experience. The programme will be delivered over two years on a day release basis.

Entry requirements

  • BTEC National Diploma (min: distinction and two merits) or HNC in Building Studies or Construction (min: merit)
  • Access to Higher Education qualifications (min: 45 merits)
  • Equivalent Level 3 qualifications worth 112 UCAS points
  • Applicants must hold five GCSEs (min: A-C /grade 4) including Maths and English
  • Applications considered from people with relevant skills through vocational qualifications or relevant industry experience.
