Level 2 Certificate in Culinary Skills

Introduction

This part time vocational course is intended for anyone who would like to acquire a high standard of principal cookery skills. You will gain the confidence and a discerning attitude toward choice of ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation of food. Although this course can stimulate interest for employment opportunities in the Hotel and Catering industry, it is primarily intended for those who wish to gain a professional qualification in an enjoyable environment.
