Budding Chefs

Introduction

This fun and engaging course is designed for students aged 11 to 16 who have an interest in food preparation and production. It offers a hands-on introduction to key culinary skills in a supportive and enjoyable environment, helping young learners build confidence in the kitchen.

The course also serves as an ideal taster experience for those considering a future career as a professional chef or pursuing further study in hospitality and catering.

This course is intended to develop 11 to 16-year-old students’ interests in all aspects of food preparation and production in a fun environment. It would also qualify as a taster session for those who would eventually like to pursue a career as a chef.
