Literature Blackout Poetry
Introduction
Celebrate National Poetry Day with this fun and accessible form!
Blackout poetry is the process of producing a new piece from an existing text by erasing words – and highlighting those that speak to you.
Once poems have been 'found' on the page, the poet can create a unique piece of artwork with the newly-formed gaps.
