Clubbercise®
Introduction
Clubbercise® is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines fun, fitness, and feel-good music to help you get fit and stay motivated. Set in a darkened room with party lights and trademark LED glow sticks, each session features easy-to-follow routines set to a soundtrack of 90s club classics and current chart hits.
This 10-week course is being held at the Philip Mourant Centre with Sophie Pearson.
