Level 3 National Diploma in Construction & the Built Environment (DEC & BTEC)
Introduction
This two-year programme of study is designed to allow you to develop the digital design skills and construction knowledge required to progress to employment at a technical or professional level within the construction industry. The programme offers a combination of college-based learning and independent study to develop a wide range of technical skills. You will also participate in an industrial placement to apply your knowledge in live practice.
It provides the opportunity to enter a wide range of career pathways including: Quantity Surveying, Property Surveying, Civil, Structural and Building Services, Engineering and Construction Project Management, Architecture and Architectural Technology. It is the equivalent of three "A" levels, all within a Construction programme.
