CPD Mastering Time Management and Delegation

Introduction

This one-day course is designed for team leaders and managers, each workshop is delivered by experienced trainers and will be highly interactive, using a range of techniques to suit all learners. Designed to boost your productivity and help you lead your team more successfully; this course will equip you with the skills and techniques needed to manage your time efficiently and delegate tasks effectively. 

All workshops take place at the Professional Studies Centre, Highlands College.  In house workshops are available on request.
