CPD Giving Feedback to boost performance

Introduction

This one-day course is designed for team leaders and managers, each workshop is delivered by experienced trainers and will be highly interactive, using a range of techniques to suit all learners.  This course will give you the skills and confidence to provide constructive feedback which enhances performance and motivates individuals and ultimately gets results. 

All workshops take place at the Professional Studies Centre, Highlands College.  In-house workshops are available on request.
