This one-day course is designed for team leaders and managers, each workshop is delivered by experienced trainers and will be highly interactive, using a range of techniques to suit all learners. This course will help you navigate the complexities of organisational change by equipping you with strategies and tools to guide your team through transition and transformation.
All workshops take place at the Professional Studies Centre, Highlands College. In-house workshops are available on request.
