CPD Mastering Difficult Conversations

Introduction

This one-day course is designed for team leaders and managers, each workshop is delivered by experienced trainers and will be highly interactive, using a range of techniques to suit all learners.  This course will help you enhance your communication skills and navigate challenging discussions with confidence, by providing you with the strategies and tools needed to handle sensitive topics and resolve conflicts effectively. 

All workshops take place at the Professional Studies Centre, Highlands College.  In-house workshops are available on request.
