CPD Mastering Customer Service

Introduction

This one-day course is designed for team leaders and managers, each workshop is delivered by experienced trainers and will be highly interactive, using a range of techniques to suit all learners.  Designed for customer service professionals and team leaders, this course will provide you with techniques and insights to deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships. 

All workshops take place at the Professional Studies Centre, Highlands College.  In-house workshops are available on request.
