Who is this course for?
This course meets the needs of learners who want to work as an electrician: installing systems and equipment in buildings, structures and the environment within the Electrotechnical Industry.
What are the entry requirements for the course?
Applicants should preferably be employed in the Electrical Industry, and preferably have GCSE grades ‘C-D’ (or equivalent) including Maths, English and Science.
How long is this course?
This is a two-year part-time day release course, commencing September 2021.

- Installation of Wiring Systems and enclosures
- Understand how to communicate with others within Building Services Engineering

The assessment will be a mixture of online multiple choice exams, written assignments and practical assessments.
