This course is a progression from Level 2 and is an integral part of the apprenticeship scheme leading to fully qualified status.
What are the entry requirements for the course?
Applicants must have completed the Cskills Level 2 Diploma.
How long is this course?
A 1 year part-time course commencing September 2021.
One day per week: 8.00am to 4.00pm.
What will I study on this course?
Five Practical/Theory units covering organisational/supervisory skills.
This course is available in Site Carpentry and Bench Joinery.
What Qualification will I gain?
Cskills Awards Level 3 Diploma in Wood Occupations (Site, Bench).
How is the course assessed?
- By successful completion of five units
- One external written multiple choice online test per level
- A number of synoptic tests per level
What does this course lead on to?
BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Construction/HNC in Construction.
