Introduction

This one-day course is designed for team leaders and managers, each workshop is delivered by experienced trainers and will be highly interactive, using a range of techniques to suit all learners.  This comprehensive Continued Professional Development (CPD) course will equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to attract, recruit and select the best talent for your organisation.  

All workshops take place at the Professional Studies Centre, Highlands College. In-house workshops are available on request.
