Introduction

This City & Guilds qualification is designed for practitioners who are responsible for the internal quality assurance of assessment processes within an organisation or centre. It is ideal for those involved in planning, monitoring, and supporting assessors, ensuring consistency and compliance in assessment practices.

The course equips learners with the knowledge and skills needed to internally verify assessment decisions, provide guidance to assessors, and uphold quality standards across vocational and educational programmes.
