Level 3 Certificate in General Patisserie & Confectionery (Day Release)

This course is ideal for individuals aiming to become professional pastry chefs, professionals seeking career progression within the hospitality industry, culinary enthusiasts with a passion for patisserie, and employees who want to enhance their pastry and confectionery skills.

All applicants must attend an enrolment evening interview Wednesday 3 September 2025.

A professional cookery qualification and be currently employed in the culinary or hospitality industry. 

Applications are also welcome from individuals with a strong passion for pastry who are committed to developing their skills. 

Entry Level 3 (or above) English is required. Applicants who do not meet this standard must complete an additional English course at their own cost.

A 1-year part time course commencing September 2025 and ending June 2026.
