In this ten-week course, students will create flavourful Indian cooking for today’s fast-paced life. During this course, students will learn the process of creating authentic curries from kneading homemade dough to cooking dishes that pair perfectly with chapattis and rice. Dishes include a range of chicken and vegetable dishes, and adjustments can be made to accommodate dietary requirements. Students will take home their creations at the end of each session. Pre-purchase of ingredients will be required.
