Who is this course for?
Level 3 is a natural progression from Level 2 and will give a better understanding of Welding and Fabrication and will develop a higher skill level.
What are the entry requirements for the course?
Completion of Level 1 or similar NVQ Level 1 qualification.
How long is this course?
A 1 year part-time course commencing September 2020.
One day per week: Tuesday – 8.30am to 4.30pm.
What will I study on this course?
The course involves studying in more detail the units passed in Level 2. The Welding will be done in the vertical position and the Fabrication will be more complex.
What Qualification will I gain?
ABC Welding and Fabrication Practice Level 3 Certificate.
How is the course assessed?
By successful completion of a mix of externally set examinations and assessed practical tasks.
What does this course lead on to?
ABC Welding and Fabrication Practice Level 3 Diploma.
