Learn yoga safely and effectively through a step by step approach. Release tension in poses whilst maintaining good posture and alignment. Muscles are toned and stretched, joints lubricated, increasing blood circulation and flexibility. Finish with a deep rest. All levels welcome. Students must bring along their own equipment mat, straps and blocks.
