Upholstery for Intermediates

Introduction

This is a 10-week course which builds on foundational skills, and introduces more advanced traditional furniture upholstery techniques.

Students will work on their own small chair or similar project throughout the course, learning how to strip, prepare, and upholster using time-honoured methods. By the end of the course, learners will have the skills and confidence to complete a fully upholstered piece.

All completed work can be taken home at the end of the course.
