Highlands’ mission is to deliver high quality lifelong learning opportunities that enhance achievement and bring about personal and economic success. We have an excellent record, very good results and our students have been successful in their careers and many have gone on to study at university. Through our partnerships with Plymouth, London South Bank and the Open University we have been able to bring higher education opportunities to the Island and it is envisaged that these will be expanded in future years.
