ESOL
Since 2005 Highlands College has enrolled over 2000 students on various ESOL courses (English for Speakers of Other Languages). Students from over 30 different countries of origin have attended and is a very popular area of education. Over 50 employers have sent students recognising the value of these English language courses. These qualifications can lead to a new career; which many students have done.
Venues and times
We hold our ESOL courses both at Highlands College and at our partnership venue, The Welcome Centre, St Thomas’ Church. Courses run throughout the week in the mornings, afternoons and in the evenings and we run courses all day on Saturdays.
