- Introduction to Espresso Coffee basics
- The Tools you need and effective operation of equipment
- How to make great Cappuccinos and Lattes through the successful handling of milk
- How to recognise a problem before your customer does

A Highlands College Certificate on completion of the course.
How is the course assessed?
Written assessment (multiple choice).
What does this course lead on to?
City & Guilds Certificate/Diploma in Food & Beverage Service (full-time or day release).
