The Academy - Mission Statement

The Academy of Culinary Arts at Highlands College offers full and part-time courses to students who wish to follow a career in the Hospitality industry.
 
Our students range from school leavers to lifelong learners and come from a variety of international backgrounds.

We offer a number of courses from City & Guilds International Certificate in Food Preparation and Cooking and Food & Beverage Service, Wine and Management courses including Wine and Spirit Education Trust (W.S.E.T.), Institute of Hospitality Management Qualifications and ancillary subjects such as Hygiene (C.I.E.H) and Barista Training.  Our Budding Chefs courses are also available for the up and coming Chefs of the Future.

We have an equal opportunities policy and our aim is to work with students to enable them to gain a worthwhile qualification to the highest standard.
