Highlands College is pleased to announce that it now offers all full time students the opportunity to use the gym facilities at Fort Regent.

Here at Highlands we are proud to be promoting this in line with the College’s approach to health and wellbeing.  Sports Tutor Jordan Neill says, “It is crucial for all students to exercise regularly to help both their physical and mental wellbeing which is also in line with the recommended guidelines of 60 minutes to several hours per day, as provided by the UK physical activity guidelines”.

Following a gym induction that is booked through Student Life at Highlands, students are able to use the facilities that include; Gym membership, badminton, squash and five-a-side football.
